Refund Policy

Non-Emergency Services

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled dispatch time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled dispatch time may not be eligible for a refund.

Emergency Services

Due to the immediate nature of emergency dispatches, refunds are generally not available once a booking is confirmed. Refunds may only be considered in cases of significant delay or service failure, at the sole discretion of MegaMum Solutions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer or invoiced clients may experience processing times based on their financial institution.
